LEXINGTON

The minimalist grid facade of Lexington presents a minimal, but striking contrast to the other residences in the surrounding neighborhood while presenting a clean expression of the building’s structure. The 5-story multi-family building mass consists of two apartment blocks surrounded by a central courtyard with ground floor parking. Each of the 17 units are co-living arrangements that accommodate single residents wanting to live in a communal setting. As a staple project at Bittoni Architects, It was an honor to contribute to the development of the construction document set, ensuring its accuracy and quality. In addition, my involvement in completing drawing and schedule adjustments for consultants and plan check submittals significantly enhanced my knowledge and understanding of multi-family architecture.
