This mixed-use development in South Carolina consists of two buildings, an apartment building with ground floor retail & parking as well as a hotel & condo building attached to an existing historical retail store. While managing the project presentation renders, I began working on the project as empty shells with detailed facades. During the initial phase, I focused on developing all apartment floor plans and assisting in the design of the hotel & condo layouts to ensure they were functional and efficient. A key responsibility was coordinating rooftop and amenity spaces, collaborating closely with the team and clients located in South Carolina. In addition, I was involved in 3D modeling, helping to visualize and refine design concepts.
