Located in the East Hollywood neighborhood of LA, Juanita is an upcoming luxury condominium development currently in the planning phase. As part of the project team, my role included overseeing design strategies such as floor plan adjustments as well as increasing the building from 4 to 5 stories to maximize the density allowances and ensure compliance with local building codes. I also manage the coordination of architectural renderings, making sure feedback is efficiently addressed and integrated into the design to meet project deadlines. My contributions helped the project align with the client's requirements and city submittal deliverables.
