This project features 228 units, ranging from 0-2 bedrooms, organized around a central courtyard. From the development of the initial building facade, I dedicated significant time to refining the building mass, focusing on curating efficient unit types, optimizing parking layouts, and making adjustments to the building mass and facade design. These efforts were essential to advance the planning sets towards a completed set. However, the project is currently under review by the HPOZ committee, as the existing building on the site is designated as a historical landmark.
