The Erbes development has been through different design changes over the years, currently designed for 80 units between two buildings on connected lots. My responsibilities throughout the project were based around floor plan adjustments to meet city requirements and deadlines. As major design changes were made, I managed all project renders to ensure clear articulation of material and landscaping strategies for city planning submissions.
